Most homes take 1-3 hours depending on the square footage and number of rooms. We’ll give you a time estimate when you schedule so you can plan accordingly. Carpets are typically dry and ready for normal use within 4-8 hours after cleaning.
We clean around furniture and can move lighter pieces like dining chairs and small tables. Large items like sofas, beds, and entertainment centers should remain in place—we clean up to and around them. If you’d like us to move and clean under larger furniture, let us know when scheduling and we can discuss options.
Yes. We use cleaning solutions that are safe for households with pets and children. Once surfaces are dry, they’re completely safe for everyone in your home, including pets who like to lie on freshly cleaned carpet.
Most carpet manufacturers recommend professional cleaning every 12-18 months to maintain your warranty. Households with pets, children, allergies, or heavy foot traffic often benefit from cleaning every 6-12 months. We can help you determine the right schedule based on your situation.
Yes. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly house cleaning schedules. Most clients start with a deep cleaning to establish a baseline, then transition to recurring maintenance cleaning. We’ll help you find the frequency that fits your household and budget.
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re not happy with any aspect of our work, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to address the issue at no additional charge. We’re not satisfied until you are.
We recommend booking at least a few days in advance, though we can sometimes accommodate same-day or next-day appointments depending on availability. For move-in/move-out cleaning or appointments at the end of the month, booking 1-2 weeks ahead ensures you get your preferred time.
